ABOUT ME

Welcome to Summer's Lookbook!

My name is Summer Irvin and this is my personal style blog comprised of my inspirations, thoughts, style, travels and adventures...

About "Summer's Lookbook"...

I originally started this blog a couple of years ago because I have followed so many fashion blogs since I was a teenager and thought it would be a great idea to showcase my ever changing style...

However, I have come to realise that blogging and constant outfit posts are very time consuming! So after falling off the blogging bandwagon many times and only posting sporadically, I have come to the conclusion that "Summer's Lookbook" will be my virtual scrapbook. Not just an egotistical website on the fabulous world of myself... although 90% probably still will be! But a random online space of my thoughts and compilations of my moods, photos, inspiration and travels!

About me....

Well my name is Summer (go figure) I am 26 years old and I have a passion for travel and adventure. I grew up in Australia, then moved to America for University on a tennis scholarship. I lived in Memphis and then moved to California where I graduated from University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. After graduation I moved back home like most grads and started looking for a job. I got restless and the idea of being tied down in a 9-5 job bored me to tears. I got the travel bug once again and moved to the UK with my sister, Ashley. I had the most incredible two years living in London and traveling around Europe during the summers. I have now relocated again and situated in the beautiful city of Sydney, Australia. I am currently doing a post graduate degree in Law at the University of Sydney. I have lived a very blessed life and had the opportunity to explore and live in some fantastic cities at a young age. Although my urge to travel and explore will never disappear, I do believe Sydney is the city for me. It has everything I want in a city- its big, good weather, beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, excellent restaurants and shopping and it is close to my family.

Thank you for coming on this journey with me. Whoever out there is reading this- I would love to hear from you. Tell me what you want to know, what you want me to write about or what you want to see.

If you have any questions, just ask! I am an open book...
